How It Works
Three simple steps from your free estimate to a finished tile installation. No obligation and clear communication at every stage.
On-site consultation and measurements
We visit your St. Augustine property to review design goals, measure, assess subfloors, and discuss materials such as ceramic or porcelain. You’ll get recommendations on layout, grout joints, transitions, and finishes that fit your space and budget.
Clear, itemized proposal
We deliver a detailed proposal covering prep, materials, labor, and timeline. Need weekend installation? Ask about weekend appointments by request. We can beat or match a comparable written price from qualified local tile contractors.

“Thank you Quality Holmes I love my new vanity 💕”
“My condo looks great! Thanks for the hard work! I will add photos when i can. Thanks again Quality Holmes for the remodel.”
“Jerry, is highly knowledgeable. I am a question asker, he was calm and handled me and my wife very well. We did our entire home with wood look tile!”
“Great experience. Jerry was able to provide me an accurate estimate for my floors within 24 hours of my request. He patiently and respectfully answered all my questions and explained the reasoning. He pivoted quickly when more leveling was required than I initially thought. He asked my opinion every step of the way for any cosmetic details and had no qualms about swapping out molding I wasn’t a fan of. Even helped me reassemble my couch. Went above my expectations every step of the way.”
“Excellent job from start to finish. Very detailed and professional. Quality Holmes performs quality work.”
“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely an A+ business! If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about the quality of their work, takes pride in what they do, and charges a fair price, I highly recommend Quality Holmes Remodeling. I’ve personally had work done by them, and I’ve also seen several projects they’ve completed for friends of mine. The quality and attention to detail are consistently top-notch. It’s hard to find contractors you can trust to do things the right way, and that’s exactly what you get here. Great work, fair pricing, and someone who genuinely stands behind what they do. Five stars across the board — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Quality Holmes Remodeling to anyone”
